Shipping rates at our website are weight-based and will capture live rates based on the weight of the product (or products) you choose. Please feel free to use our site to calculate shipping rates by adding a trade show display to your shopping cart and entering the needed address at the checkout.

Exhibit manufacturers and graphics houses we work with are located across the country. Your exhibit will be shipped from the production warehouse or if there is such an option - from the closest one.

Turnaround time is different for each manufacturer and trade show display or accessory we offer. Most of our exhibits can ship within 3 - 5 days, but large custom displays may take as many as 10 business days to produce. "Hardware only" orders can be shipped the same day if placed by 12 pm eastern standard time.

123Displays will ship on your UPS or FedEx account at your request. Because we ship a lot of trade show booths and exhibiting accessories every day, we receive discounts from FedEx or UPS based on volume. For this reason, we advise that you avoid using your own UPS or FedEx account, as this will increase your shipping costs.

UPS and FedEx are our default carriers, and 123Displays will ship your package anywhere in the world as long as UPS or FedEx visits your country. If you need to ship internationally please email sales@123displays.show or call our customer support team (877-744-4404) to receive an estimate for freight, cost of applicable brokerage fees, duties, and taxes associated with crossing the border.
