Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. We will have this reviewed with the manufacturer and upon their confirmation will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. If your product is damaged or defective, please call 1.877.744.4404 within 48 hours of delivery of the product to request a return authorization number. Packages returned to our location or our supplier's warehouses without an authorization number will be refused upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged due to a shipping company's mishandling, your shipment is insured by that carrier and we will do our best to expedite the claim. While we will strive to help our valuable clients in any way possible, we do not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred in shipping out replacement products or repairs.

Policy

Returns on select stock items are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Customers must notify us of any damage or other issues with products within 48 hours of delivery and request a return authorization number. No returns or exchanges on any custom graphics or other custom items. All custom jobs are considered final once proofs are approved. We are not responsible for compatibility with the customer's existing hardware. Please make sure any replacement parts or graphics are compatible with your hardware. If you are unsure please contact us. All returns are subject to a 35% administrative and re-stocking fee. All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. Returned merchandise received used or damaged will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs.
